1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if:

• You received a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item

• The product is unused and in original packaging (if applicable)

2. Time Window
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

• Items bought during promotions (case-by-case)

4. Refund Method
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued in one of the following forms:

• Replacement product

• Store credit

• Refund to original payment method (where applicable)

5. Shipping for Returns
If the return is due to our error, Sanvi Nuts will bear return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible.
